Nikki is a running addict and an avid road cyclist with nomadic tendencies and a talent for getting into ridiculous situations. Passionate about environmental justice, Nikki received her M.A. in international environmental policy before moving to the Middle East and then Europe where she worked as a research assistant and journalist. When not covering protests or researching climate change adaptation, Nikki began blogging about her experiences and unintentionally launched a career as a blogger. A Bay Area native, Nikki likes donuts, spontaneously signing up for races and acquiring new Apple products.
